Dear AMICO User Committee,

Now that we have word from the Getty Grant Program that they are supporting the Focus Groups, we need to pin down logistics and details.

I need some help from you.

1. Please review the draft questions - linked to the User Committee page - and see if there are any changes or clarifications that you would like to make.

2. Please let me know if you will be able to attend either of the Focus Group meetings.

3. Please post any final suggestions about attendees. I've begun to make enquiries about who can come, and we'll let you know the results. We're looking for 12 participants for each meeting.

4. Put the following meeting on YOUR schedule, to analyse the results of the groups.

5. Plan to come to the AMICO meeting in Pittsburgh to meet some real users -- June 3-5 1999. We'll be reporting on the results of the studies there, and we'll also hear about other studies on University testbed participant campuses.
