Thanks very much to Ken for his reading of the questions - good point about our focusing on uses that are too traditional. We'll try and open that area up further.

What do the rest of you think of the questionnaire? Please get me feedback by Thursday, as we have to do layout and duplication of forms before we leave for LA.
