Dear AMICO Users Committee:

Indiana University/Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) has received a grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) to study delivery of the AMICO Library to the K-12 and Public Library Communities.

Part of this grant involves working with AMICO Members to develop ways to encourage usage of the library, including the definition of curriculum and model projects. I'm now polling for members who would like to participate actively in this project. As well as contributing online, this requires attendance at two meetings over the course of then next year. (some funding is available to support travel).

Candidates should be "front-line" museum educators, with experience working with online resources in the k-12 and/or life-long learning environment.

Please let me know by December 18 if you or someone from your institution is interested in participating in this project.

Thanks very much!

jennifer
