Dear AMICO User Committee:

Part of the "TO DO" list for the User Committee includes identifying access needs for both the public catalogue and the full AMICO Library. Two draft documents have been posted to the Technical Committee that will have an impact on this.

The first is the Draft AMICO Data Dictionary, posted at /HyperNews/get/CCC/10.html

The second is a Draft Specification for the AMICO Public Catalog at /HyperNews/get/CCC/11.html

Please review these two drafts with the following questions in mind:

1. Is the information that the user requires present?

2. Are Searching or Index terms present where predictable access is required?
