In the straw poll, Steve Dietz DISAGREED and noted "Certification should occur for all items, even if after continuity of access". We agree. The wording, which was an effort to put the timing of removal into the samclause as the timing of the end of license, is confusing. It should mean that the licensee certifies removal at the end of the period for which the materials are licensed, even if that period, due to the "continuity of access" clause follows the termination of the original license term.
