The licensing university is responsible both for the definition and enumeration of the users comprising its community and should at any time be able to validate the standing of any individual as a member of that community. The University can make the AMICO product available to the entire membership of its university community; as these have been enumerated or categorically defined to a third party (see 2.1.1).
