8.2.4 I think the use of the word "families" is just too personal. If you exclude families officially in writing, why not exclude "friends," too? Both seem too obvious to include, almost an insult to the contract participants. (Looking at 8.3, if you really NEED to discuss families, why not say "A Licensed user may not provide access, even temporarily, to the product or derivatives of the product to others who are themselves not licenses users, including family and friends of the licensed user."
