Dear AMICOs,

At the CONFU Meeting on Monday I spoke informally with Susan Ball (the Executive Director of CAA) about CAA's interest in a series of discussions that clarified the issues and values surrounding the licensing of contemporary art for educational use. She suggested that I contact Ellen K. Levy, the Studio Chair for the CAA 1999 meeting in LA (and a Distinguished Visiting Fellow in the Arts and Sciences, a position funded by the Luce Foundation, at Skidmore College during the 1998-99 academic year).

I'd be happy to do this, but wonder if anyone on the Rights Committe knows Ellen, and therefore might be in a better postion to introduce her AMICO and its goals.

Thanks for your thoughts.
