All our licenses are in effect for one year. They are renewable, but their TERM is one year.

Licenses cover the library as offered that year. If a member withdraws during the year, their works would not be withdrawn from the library as distributed that year but, under 7.4 AMICO ceases to issue licenses beyond the term of those in effect.

Since no license can be in effect more than a year (regardless of its renewal clause) it means your works are not in the AMICO Library after the end of the license year in which you withdrew. This was the reason that AMICO members initially wanted to make sure no licenses had terms beyond one year.
