I am wondering if, in addition to the tighter language(I like your recommendations), we could also post copyright notice at this point.

Some copyright holders (the Joseph Cornell Foundation, for example) will grant permission only if the copyright notice appears with each image, and I notice there isn't notice displayed in the initial thumbnail in the testbed database.

Also with regard to the above mentioned requirement of copyright notice with each AMICO image, are there other reproductions that we/I/copyright holders like the Cornell Foundation should be concerned about?
