Need a little more clarification on using "size" to determine pricing.. Is size of the library determined by number of volumes?  What is meant by the number of users?  The total student body which has access to that library?  The average annual number of students that actually visit the library?  We will need to demonstrate a per student price which will be both "low enough to encourage licensing and use" and also economically viable for AMICO, which is really the bigger issue here.
