Dear AMICOs,

Two things in preparation for the upcoming MW99 meeting:

1. We've arranged a 'booth' for AMICO in the Exhibition Hall at Museums and the Web, so that we can demonstrate what we've accomplished to date, and so that there will be a place for people interested in learning more about AMCIO to ask all their questions.

So now we need volunteers to be at the AMCIO booth, both on the evening of Friday March 12th (during the reception - it's ok you can still drink/eat) and during the day on Saturday March 13, 1999 (in shifts between 8:30 - breakfast is served in the Hall - and 5:30)

If you are going to be in New Orleans, and are willing to help out with this, please let me know. Email jtrant@amico.org, telling me which slots you'd prefer. We'll schedule against the conference program (see http://www.archimuse.com/mw99/sescal/sescal_19990313.html)

2. David and I would like to invite everyone back for an AMICO get together/user committee meeting in our conference suite on the evening of March 11th, following the Welcome Cocktails at the Cabildo. There will be food, drink, and a chance to find out about the Focus Groups at CAA and VRA. Again, please RSVP to me at jtrant@amico.org
