Dear AMICOs,

This is a reminder that February 28th is the target for submission of your 1999 Library contributions. That's coming up fast!

We've made a number of tools to make this process easier for you. You can find them in the AMICO Contribution Management System, at http://206.210.85.243/amico/fulldb/ (Editors have individual passwords; let us know if you need one). Here you can:

EDIT RECORDS

* Update individual records
* See Term Occurrence lists for all of your records, or for
 everyone's (and go from terms to the records that contain them)

UPLOAD NEW RECORDS

* Send new files to AMICO
* Validate the files that you sent (to see if you have any errors)

MONITOR STATUS
* Check links between catalog records, metadata records, and images
* Check the status of images that you've sent to AMICO by
 courrier (Remember to use our new 2008 Murray Ave, Suite D
address)

And all kinds of other fun things!

Also, if meeting the deadline of Feburary 28th looks like it's going to be problem please let me know -- I'd rather find out sooner than later ;)
