Dear AMICOs,

We've accepted a proposal from Kelly Richmond, a graduate student in Arts Management at Carnegie Mellon University to complete her internship with AMICO this summer.

Kelly comes to us with a background in marketing online services. She worked at AOL as the marketing department grew from a few, to a few hundred, and then a few thousand. Since she understands the issues in communicating to diverse groups of users and members Kelly's internship will concentrate on AMICO's communications policy. We'll be working together to develop materials that deliver AMICO's message to Members (and prospective members), and to our various user communities (K-12 teachers, librarians, library users and university students, teachers and researchers).
