Dear AMICOs,

Are there any controls in place which would stop two museums from submitting the same object? This is potentially a problem in the case of limited edition photographs and prints.

For example, we are planning to submit a number of Edgertons for the 12-98 submission, but we know that the Minneapolis Institute of Arts has already submitted at least one. Is there any way to prevent duplication?
