This is to let you know that RLG will soon mail the revised "Special Service Terms for 1998-99 AMICO Library University =Testbed Participants" (RLG Service Agreement Exhibit C). You should receive it by July 22.

 Please note that institutions that already have a signed service agreement with RLG must still sign the new service agreement.

 The old service agreements do not reference the concept of Special Terms, and Exhibit C will therefore make no sense in the absence of the new service agreement.
