A number of your research projects proposed analysis of user statistics for the AMICO Library.

RLG plans to begin user logging with the launch of the full library. We'd like to start to refine the requirements for logging, so that RLG will be able to (try) to collect the data you hope to use.

Since the application is going live August 24, we need your needs analysis ASAP - no later than August 12. {sorry for the short notice, but we're sure you've all been thinking about this.] Even with your prompt reply, we'll have trouble ensuring that the use data you need will get captured from the outset, but at least we'll have a chance.

Remember to specify what data you want at a session and data element level. To start to build a consensus around requirements, please post to the Library Structure and Distribution Discussion Group at /HyperNews/get/testbed/lib.html
