Has RLG decided yet how they are going to distribute high resolution images? Will they be distributed on disk or other fixed media, or will they be made available for FTP? Will end users be able to request and receive the images, or will requests and receipt have to go through a single point at the institution? If they must go through a single point at the institution, can we archive these high res images so that if our users request them again, we can deliver them quickly rather than having to wait for another copy on fixed media or FTP again?
