The doors to the Museum open at 8:00 am.

Please come to the entrance at 81st Street (south of the main entrance) and 5th
Avenue, and AMICO staff will direct you to the Uris Orientation Theater for the
Board meeting.

TENTATIVE AGENDA

The following items have been identified for discussion (in no particular order
at this point)

• 2002/2003 budget (approval)
• Board Membership and "Members in Good Standing"
• New Home for AMICO (responses to the RFP)
• AMICO Staffing
• Other initiatives
  

If you are unable to attend the Board Meeting on May 31, 2002 and would like to
designate a respresentative, please email admin@amico.org with the name of your
appointee.

If you would like to give the Chairperson of AMICO the right to cast your vote
as the Board directs, please visit the Members web site at
http://members.amico.org (username: amicola, password: need2know) to download
and print a proxy sheet. Please fax the proxy sheet back to the AMICO office
at 1 412 422 8594.
