ARS Schedule A

Prior to June 30, 2002, ARS and AMICO will discuss and mutually agree on the language for statements to appear on the AMICO public website located at www.amico.org which reflect the limitations on display set forth below, and AMICO will post such mutually agreed statements on the AMICO public website for the duration of the term of the Agreement.

I. Prior approval from ARS is required on an image by image basis of more than 10 works by any of the artists listed below in this Paragraph I before public display on the AMICO public website located at www.amico.org and/or public display on any AMICO member website:
