Dear Director Name,

I received your letter regarding the 's decision to withdraw from AMICO participation with regret. We are sorry to be without your membership.

We will remove Member Name staff from AMICO's mailing lists and discussion groups, and inform AMICO's Distributors that you are no longer a member of the consortium, and therefore do not receive access to The AMICO Library.

We understand that there are times when institutional priorities change, and hope that we will see you back within the ranks of AMICO members in the future.
